Julie is a successful Human Resource professional with over 25 years of operational experience. Prior to consulting, she was the HR Director, Asia Pacific, for a global Financial Services Organisation.

She also has a well-established reputation for implementation of these solutions and coaching business leaders through change required to make them successful.
With extensive experience in the Banking, Financial Services and the Public Sector she has worked in all facets of medium to large organisations including IT, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Insurance and Legal. Her experience has taken her to organisations such as Westpac, AMP, Optus and Genworth Financial Mortgage Insurance.
