Managers in modern workplaces inherently know the value of coaching. Yet part of the challenge is there is often a gap in the learner's manager’s own skills and knowledge about coaching.
Ignite Performance has designed a coaching program specifically targeted at managers of learners attending programs. Educating managers in learning transfer increases their ability to coach their people, to support them in overcoming obstacles to transfer as well as increasing learners' willingness to change.
Managers will learn how to help their team members identify opportunities to apply new learnings which will in turn engage and mobilise learners to change behaviour and improve performance.
