Building Resilience and Managing Stress
“The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
- Winston Churchill
The Business Case
The 21st century workplace has brought with it increasing stress and pressure: technology advances, large workloads and budgetary concerns mean individuals and teams must build the resilience to cope with adversity and change.
Our ability to “bounce back” in the face of adversity and manage stress in a constructive way will greatly contribute to whether we succeed personally and professionally.
Learners will be introduced to techniques to adapt your thinking in the face of adversity, enabling you to deal with challenges in a constructive way and feel less stressed as a result.
During this one day workshop, learners will create a personalised plan for building resilience and managing stress using tried and tested tools and techniques.
Who Will Benefit
Learners who want to manage negative thinking and emotions and tackle challenges in a positive way.
