Being the 8th born of 9 children, I reckon I’ve been honing my leadership and influencing skills since the day I was born!

I got to take those skills to the next level when, fresh out of Uni, I landed a job at Woolies. It was the best lesson in influencing without necessarily having positional power. I loved it so much, I stayed there for the first 17 years of my career, thriving in HR and OD senior leadership roles.

Ignite Performance was born out of a desire to make a bigger difference to more people and organisations. Being able to have authentic conversations with clients, challenging them to think differently about their business and their people has been a privilege that I never take for granted.

For over a decade now, I get to do what I love and partner with brilliant people every day. How lucky am I?
